Refund Policy

 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled since all products are personalized. If you notice any mistakes or have any questions about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at custominlyne@gmail.com.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• As our artists begin working on your design immediately after the order is placed, we cannot offer a full refund, even if production has not yet started. If you request a refund, we can provide a partial refund, deducting $25 per design as work has already been done. 
• If your order has already been produced, we are unable to offer any type of refund.
• If your order includes a digital product that has already been delivered via email, this item is non-refundable.
• If you would like us to create a new design using a different photo, there will be an additional charge of $12 per new photo, as this requires starting a new drawing from scratch.

Damaged Products

• If your product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement—no questions asked. To be eligible, simply send us photos clearly showing the damaged parts.
• Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, even in cases of damaged products.

Haven’t Received Any Emails From Us?

• Ensure that you provided a valid email address during checkout, as you will need to approve your design before we proceed with production.
• If you have not received an email within 7 business days after your purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us. If you do not receive a response within 48 business hours, your emails may be bouncing back. In that case, please reach out using an alternative email address so we can send you the digital proof.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

• We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and are not responsible for delays beyond informing you of any known issues. The shipping timeframes listed on our website are average estimates, meaning some deliveries may arrive sooner or take slightly longer.

• We provide online proofing and unlimited revisions before shipment to ensure your design meets your expectations.
